A wee bit nervous with 12/1 last update, no interview request.

i got the video/group/conference interview request today. i applied 11/3, went complete 11/14, and it was silence since then until today.

at least i'm being considered.

edit: status checker still says 11/14 FWIW, so i guess they can look at your app and decide to give you an interview without updating the status checker. things are moving along whether we know it or not!

In via snail mail! Submitted early Nov. Above/at both 75ths, three updates with the latest one being 11/28. Letter was signed 11/28, so I'm assuming that's what that last update meant!

Nice hand written note too!

I did not know until someone asked me if I wanted to go to another Jesuit school (went to one for UG). Admittedly, the someone is a person who knows a lot of trivia anyway.

It was a full three weeks today since my complete date (I applied ED), and I received an email saying I had been deferred to the regular admission process, so at least I'm not rejected!

Does anyone know if there are any admission stats for how many deferred applicants are later accepted? Thanks!

I'm sorry if this is annoying, I'm just trying to figure out where I'm at and whether I should prepare for bad news or continue cursing USPS. Is there anyone left with 11/21 as an update that hasn't gotten a letter yet? I haven't gotten an email about a rejection or waitlist either.

I'm in the exact same boat as you, but I'm below both medians so I might not be the best comparison

my guess, and it is certainly just that, is that unless you have 4+ other completion dates you shouldnt worry too much yet. The process seems to go in fits and starts and is increasingly long as we move through the cycle. There is not really a consensus on what the dates mean so its really impossible for anyone to say what anything means!

It seems that many of the 11/21 complete date letters, if not all, were sent out on the 28th. my letter was dated the 28th, and I only received it yesterday on the East Coast...so I wouldn't worry yet
