So does anyone know if the april 1st sd is binding?

I don't remember reading anywhere that it was binding. I just assumed it wasn't. Maybe that was a bad assumption?

Hey all, don't fret. I emailed the admissions office and they confirmed that the deposit is not binding, so you can keep your soul.

I'm looking at the Crowne Apartments right now, does anyone know which complex is best for law students?

Crowne? all I saw on their website was the Polo, Park, Club, and Oaks. Did I miss something?

Does anyone know what we have to do in regards to the first seat deposit. All I know is we need to send a check for 300. DO we have to send any forms, any letter of intent, etc.

where do you guys look up the apartment info? i searched online and saw the price range is usually above $700 above, any suggestions for cheaper places?

I found the names of the apartment buildings from this website and then went onto their individual websites to get more info. THe ones I have seen may be 700 but thats for 2 bedrooms so if you get a roommate its only 350 each.

the Corners at Crystal Lake
Crowne Polo, Plaza, Oaks
The Trails at Bethabara
The Pines

Crowne Oaks is really nice but if it matters seems to be heavily undergrad. I think it is Crowne Polo that is a real hassle to get to off of silas creek pkwy.

i never learned much abt schools in north carolina, i know duke is so out of reach, but how does wake's reputation comparing to UNC? for law school especially?
