I don't remember reading anywhere that it was binding. I just assumed it wasn't. Maybe that was a bad assumption?jdemmitt wrote:So does anyone know if the april 1st sd is binding?

Hey all, don't fret. I emailed the admissions office and they confirmed that the deposit is not binding, so you can keep your soul.

Re: Wake 2011
Does anyone know what we have to do in regards to the first seat deposit. All I know is we need to send a check for 300. DO we have to send any forms, any letter of intent, etc.

Re: Wake 2011
I found the names of the apartment buildings from this website and then went onto their individual websites to get more info. THe ones I have seen may be 700 but thats for 2 bedrooms so if you get a roommate its only 350 each.

Here is a link to the facebook page, if you aren't already a member....JOIN! http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=gro ... 98709&ap=1
Also, here is a link to the Wake housing list. http://law.wfu.edu/housing/
Carolina Woods is a cheaper complex and still within a couple miles of the school. I recommend craigslist too. http://winstonsalem.craigslist.org/apa/

Crowne Oaks is really nice but if it matters seems to be heavily undergrad. I think it is Crowne Polo that is a real hassle to get to off of silas creek pkwy.
