What are your stats? I'm a 164/3.76 and I'm wondering if they're holding my review until they have a better idea of what the class will be like to see whether admitting me might drag down their LSAT median or something.

Yeah I figured the same thing. I'm 164 and 3.88 - pretty simliar stats. I'm thinking our theory is correct?adevotchka wrote:mac87 wrote:Same exact complete date. Maybe all the 164s left in the review pile should start taking each other out a la the Higherlander series. THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE.mac87 wrote:Yeah I figured the same thing. Oh hai, fellow 164 people. I've been complete since 1/14, but I am on my third complete date. I'm also only a short subway ride from Fordham and hadn't even thought about going up there...maybe I should reconsider.adevotchka wrote:Maybe all the 164s left in the review pile should start taking each other out a la the Higherlander series. And good luck, fellow 164's!!! If you get in however, be prepared to get $0.00 in merit aid.

Everyone's saying that Fordham's stingy, but they offered me an ok merit amt for my low GPA and the largest need scholly I've gotten.

I'm at the point now that if I ever saw this lady on the street I'd think she was a celebrity because I've seen her face about 5 times a day the past month.

They should admit the applicant who visits the status checker the most. Like a competition, lol.

171 3.97 I am from New York so Fordham was seriously on my radar. I can't really find it anymore. Fordham leaving me hanging for a month and a half with no answer does not really compare with the top law schools that gave me answers already.adevotchka wrote:mac87 wrote:Same exact complete date. they were extremely generous with my need-based aid, which i was kind of expecting. made my decision very easy.Everyone's saying that Fordham's stingy, but they offered me an ok merit amt for my low GPA and the largest need scholly I've gotten.

Also complete 2/1 with no movement. 170, 3.5 - no idea what is taking them so long!lawscholar20 wrote:Went complete 2/1. I haven't heard anything since. Anyone else with similar sit out there?

I just went to Fordham's status checker page (not the LSAC one). On Windows, you can right click and select page info. If you then select security, you can see how many times you've visited the page. I'm at 148. And counting...Gemini wrote:They should admit the applicant who visits the status checker the most. Like a competition, lol.

I know! I'll probably see her on a train platform and be like "YOU'RE THE MEAN LADY WHO WAITLISTED ME!!!"mac87 wrote:I'm at the point now that if I ever saw this lady on the street I'd think she was a celebrity because I've seen her face about 5 times a day the past month.

But do we feel more strongly about her than the LSAC woman? I took the LSAT twice, so between that and my 13 applications to schools, she tormented me for damn near a year. After a while I felt like she was seriously judging me.

srly lady, stop it. I got a 165 the second time, ok?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
