I checked up LSN and there were almost no URM applicants that did not get in with my numbers or above. So I'd be really surprised if I don't get in. Perhaps they wait on accepting URM applicants until they get a few more to compare to.

For starters, I couldn't get the link from my email for the status checker to work. So what I did was simply type "https://aces.law.wm.edu/YourStatus/memb ... 0WeEa8M%3D" - sans quotation marks, of course - into the status bar from my homepage (Google.com, representin'). And, BAM. It started working. I punched in my details, and this shows up to the left of my application status screen:

Current Status: Application Ready for Review
Current Status Date: 9/30/2009
Decision Status: Review Complete
Decision Status Date: 9/30/2009

I'm thinking... well, neat. Then I look down to the left, and I see this:

Congratulations! Admit Packet Mailed 11/04/2009
Application is Complete/Ready for Review 09/11/2009
Application Has Been Received 09/02/2009

Now I'm thinking... hoooooly crap!

not really, she just said my app hadn't made it to her desk yet, and then she found it and said that she would get to it very soon

I got in with the same LSAT as you and a lower GPA. I wouldn't worry for a second, you will get in. When did you apply? In state?
