Don't worry too much; UCLA had the fastest turnaround for me too last year; my other apps took up 'til late January to hear back about, but they went fine.
Thanks for the input! Feeling much better

Congratulations! Just got my call as well, and I got in too! Quick question. The email still hasn't shown up in my inbox. Do you have it? Or am I gonna find out in a week that I just got pranked?
And about that time frame - I submitted literally the same day as you and went complete soon after. Looks like UCLA really does have a super fast turnaround. Hopefully we hear back from our other schools soon

Still waiting and no idea what to make of it. Complete 10/13
Same exact day, still have yet to hear back.
Same, applied 10/10, complete 10/26
having a bad feeling about the lack of a decision since october given everyone else's fast turnaround... I wrote their programmatic contribution essay and thought I had competitive stats.. Is there any other way I can express interest at this point to avoid a WL?

I just got an email requesting a Skype interview. Is this a bad sign? I don't see many people who've done UCLA interviews; it seems like most acceptances don't have to go through this. The only time I've heard of UCLA doing interviews was for applicants on the waitlist.
Has anyone had experience with UCLA's interview who can spare me some advice?

Last year's thread had a few interviews. I think they were for international students, ED students, and Distinguished Scholars candidates.
Hope that helps!

I'm none of those, though. Hence the worry.

Update: Didn't get Distinguished Scholars. Interviewed on 12/9 and emailed the answer 12/18. Disappointed but not surprised

Anyone getting completely ghosted here by UCLA? At 75th LSAT and above for GPA. Applied back in end of October. Sent why UCLA about a month later. I have family in LA and love the area so this would be one of my favorites.

So nice to hear this. I am in a similar situation...11 points above 75th LSAT and right in the middle for GPA. Also went to UCLA for undergrad. So overall I feel like I have a pretty solid shot but haven't heard anything at all. So you aren't alone lol. Keeping my fingers crossed for us both! <3

Same since mid October. I'm above 75 for GPA and slightly below 75 for LSAT so no clue what's going on.

I went complete 10/30, interviewed 11/6, was told it would probably take around a month to get back to me. What would you all wager is going on? It's been radio silence since then.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
