If my status checker is still complete, any chance it still changes today?

I'm all for people getting excited about acceptance letters (I'm one of y'all) but do you also check your phone every 30 seconds to see if someone texted you too? Just relax and enjoy your Fridays! You'll be accepted/dinged regardless of whether you keep refreshing your status checkers every 10 seconds!BrittanyJeream wrote:God forbid people get excited about a thing: *alert man on internet to come tell us all to relax*Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:A hilarious number of people here need to relax LOL

Also, this is what they said in the email about the welcome package: "Tomorrow at approximately 3:30 p.m. Central, we will ship you our VLS “Black Box” admission package by FedEx two-day delivery to the postal address at the head of this letter. "NotAGolfer wrote:In via email as of 30 seconds ago!

In! Although I think the wording in their email is hilariously confusing: "Your application to Vanderbilt Law School has been accepted." Ok great, glad you are accepting applications, but was I accepted? Semantics but still...

So the question is now, what is in your package lol cause it's clearly not the Vanderbilt acceptance package.taxman14 wrote:Haha alright then, I'd recommend signing up for USPS alerts then to all who haven't done it yetjlc058 wrote:Haha I am really not sure why you are taking this so wrong nevermind!taxman14 wrote:jlc058 wrote:

Someone said they were anxious about your package arrival- you said there was no reason you were sure it was an acceptance because it was a package- and I said it is much more anxiety inducing if aren't signed up for USPS alerts and know things are being delivered today but don't know what-none of that was critical to you at all, was merely commenting on the overall freakout that takes a hold of everyone when there is sign of movement from a school on any of these forums. It'll likely update and if it says there's a package then you're in!
