Re: UCLA Law School c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Admitted on 11/21 by phone call! I went complete on 11/14 so I was surprised but ecstatic about the quick turnaround. My LSAT is above 75th and 50<GPA<75. Southern California native so this is definitely a top choice for me.
Also applied to Epstein! Has anyone heard news from Epstein committee yet?
Last year's thread seemed to show scholarship info coming out in February so I think we have a bit to wait. But with FAFSA opening earlier this year that may change the timeline

Applied to Epstein as well, no news -- in previous years, it looks like most acceptances came rather late in the game, closer to when scholarship info is out.playersball wrote: Also applied to Epstein! Has anyone heard news from Epstein committee yet?

Kinda sucks, since I'm planning on visiting only if the scholarship is hefty.proteinshake wrote:acceptance email says scholarships will come out in March

Amazing turnaround for you haha. Assuming you were above 75 percentile for LSAT/GPA?Cfitz wrote:I also went complete on 11/17 and heard back yesterdayhammy393 wrote:went complete 11/17, how's the turnaround been for those accepted?

Nope haha I was exactly at LSAT median and -.01 for GPA. I think I had a good PS/Why UCLA. I'm also from NY so could be looking for some OOS kidshammy393 wrote:Amazing turnaround for you haha. Do you think it's worth sending it's worth sending a why UCLA. It's been 42 days since complete. I've had radio silence from my top choices so it'd be definitely a strong consideration if I don't get in. GPA =25, LSAT<75

UCLA Law is my reach school because I'm a splitter (great GPA, sad LSAT). I applied ED and had my interview yesterday and it was very chill.
Any advice on how to follow up?

Not sure if this was asked before but did everyone interview except me?
Was everyone, who was accepted, have an interview??

When I asked in the interview, they said people who applied ED were all interviewed. So def possible to get in without one.Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Not sure if this was asked before but did everyone interview except me?![]()

But like I'm hoping I do get in, like today. Next week. Soon.

Re: UCLA Law School c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I, along with many others, were accepted without interview. From what i understand UCLA only tends to interview if they have follow-up questions or for ED applicants. Maybe also if they just want to get a better sense of an applicant..Thomas Hagan, ESQ. wrote:Not sure if this was asked before but did everyone interview except me?![]()
