No, it doesn't seem to be available at the moment.

Don't sweat it.
Admissions says it'll probably be up tomorrow.

Application opening delayed for a week :(
Cue to me wasting like 8 hours re-reading my application once a day knowing full well that I won't change anything.

Actually kind of relieved that the application is delayed, that way I can submit Day 1!

But it's well-known that athletics take up a lot of time! :)

I had no idea that Yale's app fee was only 60 bucks. What are Stanford and Columbia doing?

Also, is everyone using their 2 page personal statement? I have a four page one that I wrote for Berkeley, and I figure that I'll use it if I can. Thoughts?

"Really fun" is not how I would describe writing the Yale 250s :( That's what I used to think, but not anymore.

I had fun with the 250. I just talked about how handsome I was. Hilde can attest to that 8) .

How are you all structuring the college activity portion? I haven't been able to find anything about it. I'm probably not going to do the post-college one, since I reworked my resume for Yale's one page suggestion and put all of my military stuff on it.

Hearts everyone!

I've never seen anything anywhere about YLS banning the use of a four page personal statement. That said, I probably wouldn't do it.

And to your most recent question, I did mine in the form of very short essays just telling what I did because I hate bullet-points and wanted to have more background than just listing stuff, but I don't think the format of that one matters as much.
Thanks! That really helps.

A lot of similar resume wording, easy-to-read formatting, and a short description for most activities. Also including my 1pg resume even if it's a bit repetitive ... gotta show that professional CV flair. Explaining post-college activities in a half-page narrative form.

Anxiously refreshing my email waiting for my last letter of rec to come in (they promised to send it yesterday) so that I can submit. Not wanting to submit before the letter in case reference noticed something wrong in my PS or resume. Fingers crossed for Monday/Yale Submit Day.

EDIT: He submitted literally 2 minutes after I posted this. There is magic in this forum.

So my Yale application is done, ready for submission. But I think I'm going to sit on it for a couple days.

Why are you waiting?
Maybe I'll get a fee waiver?

No, but there is no benefit to submitting now versus in a week or two. My goal is to be complete on all of my apps by the time I get out of the army (about a month). So I may as well sit on the Yale app to see if anything pops into my head as a good addition. Yale and Stanford are the two schools I'm applying to where everything besides my numbers kind of matter. And I had to rework a lot of stuff for my Yale app in a way that I didn't have to for Stanford.

What are you waiting on madame?

EDIT: Apparently there is a bump for applying early. Asha lied... :(
