Probably still not applying though.

I'm curious to know what your LSAT score/stats were was when you were denied. I ask because I am considering EDing at Michigan.Dcc617 wrote:They denied me last when my LSAT was lower. I EDed for them because I was super enthralled with Ann Arbor and Michigan. I know it's dumb and petty, but so am I.

165/3.72, so right around median GPA and between 25th and 50th LSAT.The Abyss wrote:

Well, then they just hate me and there's still no point in applying. You seem nice, by the way.Iwanttolawschool wrote:you weren't denied because of your numbers

I will take your input into consideration as I still don't apply to Michigan. I appreciate you taking the time to give me your opinion about this matter, and I understand your compelling interest in my decisions this cycle.Fiddlesticks wrote:You could try and polish up your application better, instead of taking a "it's their fault" attitude.Dcc617 wrote:Well, then they just hate me and there's still no point in applying. Take care and good luck with your cycle!

I don't have a shot in hell at Darrow, but the rest of the options are all pluses in my opinion. I just really love Michigan, though.

Yeah, you're right. All the options are pluses then!urbanist11 wrote:I read it more as Clarence Darrow being an alumnus not as Darrow scholarshipThe Abyss wrote:I don't have a shot in hell at Darrow, but the rest of the options are all pluses in my opinion. I just really love Michigan, though.

+1 for mention of the great breweries in Michigan. A Founders brew after a productive week of law school, while tailgating at the golf course for a game in the Big House sounds really nice.slippin_jimmy wrote:+1. Add in the great breweries in Michigan and honestly, I wouldn't mind living/studying in Ann Arbor for 3 years. The Abyss wrote:I don't have a shot in hell at Darrow, but the rest of the options are all pluses in my opinion. I have tailgated there a good bit, and it is a blast. Largest American football stadium in the world!urbanist11 wrote:+1 minus the harvard part. also tailgating before football games sounds incredible.Hildegard15 wrote:Michigan has no downside for me at the moment. I am so hype about them after the awesome email + personalized letter + viewbook. If Harvard breaks my heart which it will, we all know that, I'm dying on the inside I could definitely see heading off to Michigan.
