I also went under review today. I jumped straight from received to under review. So excited! Super hoping for some good news from Berkeley.

I know a few acceptance calls went out, but have they started with rejections? Berkeley is my reach school so I'm hoping that being under review for awhile may actually be in my favor...lol. I know fussing doesn't help, but I want to go to Berkeley so bad I can't help but sPecUlaTe wildlyyyyy.

Good luck y'all

No admittances coming out any time soon, sorry. I might've broken the dean with my highly unusual application (it's a combination of what they really want GPA- and softs-wise and a massive MEH of a LSAT score)

UR since 11/4.

Just to check--admits, we haven't gotten any PIN or ID # or anything to log into the admitted students' website yet, right?

Yeah, not yet. The acceptance email I got said they'd email that info in a few weeks.

I thought I remember Dean Tom saying "early December" or seeing that in an email or something. Maybe that was for the acceptance packet itself. I did have a Berkeley current 3L reach out to me and we had a nice discussion about the school. That was a nice touch.

Early December is for the acceptance packet, I think.

Acceptance email received!! Very excited to have this as an option. So much to love about the locations and various law centers. Now just need to find scholarship funds to have Berkely match them...

Applied ~10/13, UR ~11/3, Accepted 11/21.

Feel free to PM for stats and such.

This might me a stupid question, but my status says "we have received your application" and all the boxes are checked. Does that mean complete?

Is the thinking that those who went complete then and didn't receive acceptances today are probably WL/dings? I'm pretty borderline at Berkeley and I'm taking every little thing as a hint that I'm not getting in anywhere T14.

It's not even December yet. Be chill, could be waiting a couple months for a decision.

Not a stupid question. I got an actual "application complete" status update about 10 days after I got the "application received" status.

So my progression was "Received" -> "Complete" -> "Under Review" before I got a decision.

Hope that helps!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
