Campus is very pretty - gorgeous buildings. School photos are of BC, but FYI that those area photos are of Boston, not Newton.

Quick Question: Is being complete at BC different than being in review? I have been "complete" since the 14th with no movement.

Someone else can confirm who actually is under review, but I'm pretty sure they are different. It seems like once you go "Under Review" you generally have a decision about a week later.

They are different.

I have always understood "complete" to mean that they have all of your materials (transcripts, LORs, etc...) whereas "under review" means that they are literally reviewing your app and making a decision.

BTW, I have been sitting at complete since early December.

I was too. As it's been repeated often on here, I wouldn't look into it too much.

generally, then, what is the thought behind multiple complete dates? just sort of the systematic movement of an application from one 'pile' to another? i understand that they don't necessarily mean anything important, but they have to come from somewhere, right? just curious.

Nope, I would imagine that any scholarship offer will accompany the admissions packet.

I've heard of others doing it (and succeeding). It's worth a try I reckon.
