Same, but submitted in the first few days. Similar stats to Daily Double.

I didn't write a Why UVA (thought it was redundant with the ED -- starting to think that was a stupid decision), so my best guess is it's to talk about that. Glad to have the chance to clear it up with an interview if that's the case.

It is 15 days after the application goes complete. Additionally, based off past years it is 15 calendar days. So let us supose that someone went complete on the 3rd, they should have a decision by the 18th.

Nothing here either. I went complete on 2 Sep, so I imagine I'll see an email/receive a call one way or the other within the next 18 hours or so.

Oh, and by "receive a call," I mean I have no phone number at which I can be reached since I'm currently deployed. I changed my voice mail greeting to reflect my deployment and say that I check my voice mailbox frequently.

I have this insane fear that if by some stroke of fortune I receive a call and it goes straight to voice mail (no matter how many times they try), they'll just say "Well, he's out!"

Questions. Are these phone calls random or pre-scheduled? Are these decisions for ED only or RD as well? Was there anything in the status checker box, or was there just some generic message at the top that says, "We have received all the pieces of the application from you that we require for it to be COMPLETE. The next part of the process is the review stage."? Thanks.

I was ED. Call was random. Status checker had that same message for me until after the call and now it is blank.

No idea, but they didn't start making calls until later this afternoon, so they may pick up where they left off in the morning.
