IMO I think MAJORITY of us will be WLed tmw afternoon. But I think there will probably be a smaller group admitted before.

I asked when they thought they would have a decision for the holds. I was told by the end of the month. I then asked if the hold was a wait list and they said no. So I'm not holding my breath on hearing anything today. Not like Cornell where they promised to let everybody know by the end of the day on 4/30, and I couldn't stop refreshing my status checker.

I love NW and really do want to go there. But, I was accepted and have deposited at another (slightly higher ranked) school. I really just want to put my deposit down on an apartment and fully commit to a school without NW lingering over my head.

I wouldn't blame you. NW is the only school that has left me hanging like this. Another school high on my list just accepted me off of their wait list. Now, I'm struggling to decide if I want to play the deposit/withdraw game with schools bc, quite frankly, I also just want to commit and be done with it in terms of apartments, etc. If I get accepted to NW, I will for sure go there. I just wish they would say yay or nay already

This is crazy! I couldn't want this anymore but the waiting and near anxiety attack everytime my phone buzzes with an email has me a bit on edge. I wonder what percentage off the wait list even get in???

haha..yeah, it gets annoying with people asking where I'll be next year and trying to explain the whole deposit deadline/being on "hold"/etc. and never really giving an exact answer.
