I havent gotten any letters from Columbia or Yale, but i did get a fee waiver from Penn too this morning. I got both emails from Berkeley and the second one mentioned that they are giving out fee waivers to increase applications from the UC system (i went to berkeley undergrad), so it may not mean too much. That would be sweet if it meant that they knew people's LSAT scores already, I've been getting emails from Columbia and Yale lately and I don't have a shot with my current numbers. Then again a couple pages ago that theory was once again questioned so probably doesn't mean anything.

I think this too. I got a similar email from UC Hastings.
