It's not the date that has changed though, it's the status.
No offense, but your avatar is driving me insane

Yeah I just assumed it would mean the same thing, unless they actually notified of a decision. But hopefully I'm wrong!
And sorry! I usually surf tls on my phone so it's non-moving on there

that message refers only to status date changing, the status itself changing can absolutely have something to do with the committee's decision, although I'm not sure it does in this case. Whats odd is my status went straight to 'application complete' on 11/15 and I submitted on 11/11....it never was 'under review' in between

Actually, mine has always said "Application Complete - 11/14" and was never shown to be under review. So, unless yours once said "under review" and mine never did for some reason, I think you're perhaps remembering incorrectly? :\ Unless it changes from complete to under review to complete or something like that. Not trying to dash your/our hopes or anything, but just trying to keep things in perspective.

I went from "application complete" to "in review" and then back to "application complete." That's what surprised me about my status and made me think that something had changed.

Hm, well in that case, here's to hoping for the best!

Good luck!

Mine has been complete since 10/20 and has never changed to "in review." Quite frustrating. I'm hoping its just because they've neglected to update my status, rather than my application just sitting there not in review.

Same thing happened to me. I've been under review since 10/20, but now back to app complete. Same date.

As far as I know I've never been under review, though I don't check it every day.

It's really cool when it does that. Unfortunately, on my work laptop, it freezes whenever you shut the lid, so I have to do it manually for the most part. But it makes checking sooooo easy and less stressful.

I'm guessing nobody has heard anything yet? I was hoping some of you really early appliers would have gotten some word this week...

Let's hope it's back down to magical 167 as it was in the few years before last

I've spoken to an admissions rep who said they don't even start reading until late November.

Last year there was a sizeable batch of decisions on 11/24, and another about a week later on 12/3, so shenanigans on that.

They also told me about a month ago( when I called and I was concerned that I was not under review) and they said WUSTL does not do rolling admissions....

A lot of us who submitted early had our status checkers update to "under review" on 10/20, and then a few days ago, they went back to "application complete." It is a mystery.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
