Nothing outstanding, probably average for both. I have 3 years WE in the finance field, and worked throughout college in a student leadership position. The PS was mainly about that leadership position and how it led me to pursue a legal career.

I've still got to get going on my 5 year plan/Why Penn. Usually 1-2 pages, right?

I'm going to a panel tomorrow with some UPenn AdComm, I'll ask how strict they are about the 1 page limit if I get an opportunity to and report back. Feel free to pose any other questions.

Yes, and to avoid YP.

Not sure, but it wouldn't take that long to write a decent 1-page essay. Plus, I spoke to someone in admissions who recommended that you take advantage of any opportunity to tell them about you. Seems worth it just in case.

Week before Christmas for RD. Scholarship usually in March. And 1 page for supplements. 11pt min. double spaced.

Almost done my app for ED, just need to put the final touches on my PS and the 5 year plan essay. Hopefully I can get it out (and most of my other apps) this weekend. I'm not even done my app and I'm excited to find out if I get in. Sigh.

It's worth it if you really want to go to Penn. You won't get into any higher ranked schools.

I'm inclined to only include my diversity statement and not write any other optional essays.

My numbers are above 75th percentile for both GPA and LSAT. Should I worry about Penn YPing and include a Why Penn / 5 Year Plan essay to show more interest?

Edit: I meant to include.. I'm mainly asking because I see more yellow than usual on the right side of the graph on LSN.
