Do admissions offices work on Good Friday if it's a holiday for students?

I sent all three before the new year.

Duke
NYU
Cornell

I'll assume that since it has taken this long that I will not be accepted at Duke and NYU. Even if Cornell accepts me, I'm still going to Wash U with a big :D

Dear UPenn,

Judging by LSN, you haven't released any responses in about two weeks now. Please, please, please let today be the day. It's my birthday tomorrow. Thanks.

I actually heard from Cornell this week. Granted, it was only to be put on reserve, but at least it was a spark of life. I never expected to hear from them before UCLA, NYU and Columbia.
