My recommenders seemed enthusiastic about recommending me when I asked them. One of them even e-mailed me to see how my applications were going. So I don't think it's that.Panther7 wrote:assuming your numbers are correct, how much do you trust your recommenders?Encyclopedia Brown wrote:Dinged at George Mason via snail mail.
But yeah, I'm getting boned pretty heavily.

I'm no expert but I think you may be an example of why having at least some softs are important. Keep in mind you're probably in competition with other splitters who have more outside the classroom experience. Either way still surprising not one of those schools gave you an acceptance. Hang in there.Encyclopedia Brown wrote:My recommenders seemed enthusiastic about recommending me when I asked them. One of them even e-mailed me to see how my applications were going. I got the "week in the life" email in mid December, still waiting on a decision. I really wouldn't read too much into it.hiromoto45 wrote:Ok...so a decision is coming soon then?tfc7x wrote:Spam. I got the "week in the life" email and got rejected over the weekend via snail mail. Sorry folks
