crack, at what point in your life did you develop extreme anal-retentiveness for message board poasts? Was it the $60,000 per year you paid for prep school, or the fact that you had to grade your own papers at STTTanford because the teachers don't give anything less than As?

No, crackberry's advances on my grammar just make me simmer with rage. I was 33% English major in UG, so that's pretty much all we have.ConMan345 wrote:You go/went to Berkeley don't/didn't you?Kronk wrote:crack, at what point in your life did you develop extreme anal-retentiveness for message board poasts? Re: Stanford 2010!!!
Funny how that's all we have yet we were (probably) never directly taught grammar in college. I think I also learned how to write coherently and succinctly. Judge Motz of the 9th Circuit said, "For law, just remember your ABCs: accuracy, brevity and clarity. It's as simple and as difficult as that." I think English took care of the latter two, law school will fill in the first.Kronk wrote:No, crackberry's advances on my grammar just make me simmer with rage. Plus, I like getting yanking your chain in particular.
As an aside, I almost wrote my Yale 250 on my OCD, but I'm glad I didn't.

Yeah. I normally self-censor on these boards. In real-life, I have no standards of appropriateness. I hope I don't embarrass myself too thoroughly in front of our third tomorrow, Kronk.ConMan345 wrote:Kretzy wrote:Egregious anti-anal trolling.Kronk wrote:crack, at what point in your life did you develop extreme anal-retentiveness for message board poasts? Can we momentarily stop chewing each other's lollipops so that the damn thread doesn't bump? I don't mind poasting, but NOT ON TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS in the Stanford thread. As it is, I pull my phone out of my pocket with lightning speed. Who knows what could happen if I grabbed something else by accident.

Whoa you three (Kronk, Kretzy, and Krack [misspelled for the alliteration]) have taken over this thread.
Also, spelling and grammer is overrated.
