Probably just keep waiting. Columbia seems like one of the slower schools, so I wouldn't expect anything yet.

Mailbox is still alive after the weekend. Now, it's just another manic Monday.

I keep getting my neighbor's mail and after giving it back to him he confessed he hasn't checked his mailbox for over a month. Now I'm afraid my thin envelope from Columbia got delivered to him

Sincerely sorry to hear this. How annoying.

On another note, who doesn't check their mailbox for over a MONTH? E-mail inbox is one thing. Every time that poor postman delivers that guy's mail he must feel like he's trying to put one more Tupperware container in an overflowing cabinet.

How much mail do you get? Before waiting for letters from law schools I could go a month or two without checking my mail and it still wouldn't be stuffed. Also I live with my gf, so we've got mail for two and it still doesn't overflow.

Not sure how much I would get in a month but I check my mailbox daily lol. I receive a fair amount of mail I guess, some real and some spam.

Thanks! I had definitely given up hope for today.

Here's hoping that this isn't the last acceptance ITT before the office closes today! Good luck everyone!

Does Columbia have "waves" of acceptances? It looks like they just accept here and there with no real set days for mass acceptances. Or am I wrong here?

Idk, there are some days with multiple ones and then periods of several days without any reports, but there don't seem to be any real patterns.

I think you only hear if it's Hamilton or butler, and the rest is "need" but is actually merit/need combo. I could be wrong though.

There's also a bunch of Lorem Ipsum filler text in mine... capped off with: "sincerely, Office of Admissions."

I live in an apartment complex and my mailbox broke about two weeks ago, completely unbeknownst to me. My roommate just informed me that we have not been receiving mail for the last two weeks. I was part of the recent wave of reserve list applicants and am worried that my denial is lost somewhere in the U.S. postal service. Should I call Columbia and ask them if my decision has been sent out???

If you got put on reserve, I highly doubt you would have received a rejection letter this quickly.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
