generally yes, but they seem to be departing from that timeframe recently. yesterday people were dinged/deferred/admitted in the late afternoon.

My application still says "Processing" from 11/15. Is this the status you guys had before they made a decision? I have tried to email them to make sure they have all of my application materials but they haven't responded (twice). I'm wondering when I should hear, or if there's a problem. Any replies would be awesome.

I think the consensus is that RD applicants who applied after October won't go complete until after EA has been dealt with. I wouldn't worry about it yet-there are a lot of us. Processing 11/5 here...

I've been processing since 11/8. I was also wondering if there's a problem, but I think they're just really slow.

OK, great. I was worried since every other app of mine is "In review" or some variation of that phrase, but my app doesn't even say "complete" yet for Cornell. Glad to see others have the same standing, though I hope we all get decisions soon!

I called the office earlier this week because my status was in processing since 11/16. The office told me that since they will be issuing decisions for EA people this week and next, they haven't dealt with RD apps yet and so are in processing status still.

I get SO frustrated when I spend a whole day waiting for a decision and then......crickets. I wish law schools were not rolling.

Bah humbug. Are there still a lot of other EAers waiting for decisions? It's driving me crazy. I'm not expecting an acceptance this early, so I don't see why it would take so long to defer me. Fingers crossed though! I'm hoping this means that I'm so borderline they're waiting until the last minute!

Do they review EA applicants by their last name?

I don't know, but as someone with an alphabetically-disadvantaged last name who's still waiting on an EA decision that's sure what it feels like. :|

@bildungsroman - i'm pretty sure they're reviewing based on completion/UR date. It seems like most people still waiting went under review on 12/7, which is pretty late for EA.

I've been Under Review since 11/29, so I don't think that holds true. They have to let us know by next week though! PS, my numbers are low for Cornell, but I have some pretty strong softs so I think I have an outside shot at being deferred and possibly accepted later in the cycle (166, 3.6).

1. How long does it take to go from processing to complete to UR? I've been stuck at processing for several weeks.
2. Would you pick Cornell over GULC? Why? (Other than size of class)
2. No, but I have locational reasons (want to be near medical schools/ at least nearby other cities for personal reason, don't want to deal with Ithaca).

Some of Cornell's specialty's maybe?
