Everyone's letter comes with a note. Mine could have been written by only reading the last paragraph of my PS. I wouldn't read too much into it.

No, it wasn't about my personal statement, and yes, I realize everyone gets them. It was about a relationship of a part of my application relative to the whole that I was hoping would be noticed, and it was. It's not a big deal, but it is still neat that they appreciated it.

I think the kudos go to you then eskimo. Congrats on putting together a good application that tells a story (whatever that may be).

I know. I'm just really hoping my PS is actually "excellent". I need something to overcome the missing word in the first sentence of my Penn 5-year essay

My note was much more generic than that and didn't use ego boosting words like excellent. I would be happy about that if I were you.

Mine was 11/22 but it seems like a mix of 11/22 and 11/23 people got them

Anyone know how we go about withdrawing since they sent no packet with a withdrawal form?? I assumed it would be on the admitted student site but I cant find anything..

I would e-mail the admissions office and ask to withdraw.

Mail! It switches to decision at some point, but I got my letter when it was still at complete. I think some people knew through the admitted students site, but there was some weirdness with that letting people in it wasn't supposed to...
