Has anyone gone to any of the ASD's? If so, what did you wear??

I wore dress pants, nice sweater and ballet shoes. That tended to be the norm for girls (although one did show up in sweats) and the guys wore khakis/polos or suits.

i wore a suit and was definitely in the minority.. business casual is prob good

How soon after acceptance have people been getting offered scholly $? I got the acceptance email a week ago today, so hopefully that doesn't mean I'm completely hopeless.

I wore jeans and a tee-shirt, but I wasn't actually expecting anyone to be there since they canceled it.

Any others waiting for scholarships just get an email from WF and immediately think MONEY! and then open the email and think CRAP after you found out its just another email promoting the school. I know, I know - they arent redistributing money till after the initial April 1 deadline, but man, they got me good.

Not going to lie - that email about the 30k/year stung for a bit. The one today though was just sneaky.

deadline for scholarship recipients is 4/1. everybody else is 4/15

Heh, received the promotional email as well. I quickly looked at it and I was like, "Bah, nothing interesting here... or IS there?" and I quickly started scanning for a dollar amount.

exactly. the first thing I scan for are numbers. if i dont see #s i read the email later. if i do, then i read the email immediately. the sucky emails are the ones with #s but are about scholarships you can apply for and the potential amount you can get.

Nah,the sucky emails are from Candy Kallen and have Subject Lines like SCHOLARSHIP INCREASE!!! that really grab your attention for no good reason whatsoever

It says "Wake Forest School Of Law Scholarship Award" as the email title, so they don't try and be sneaky about it.
