I don't think so. This question has been asked a few times and no one has stepped forward (at least I don't think), which leads me to believe that there wasn't.

(I went EA complete 11/04 and am wondering the same thing)

No, but they're deferring all sorts of people. They can't assume they will fill their entire class with 168-170, 3.6-3.9s. There just aren't enough of those specific numbers to go around.
