There are combination need/merit based awards that will come out after you complete the financial aid application. So yes, other merit scholarships are possible.abck99 wrote:What's the deal with merit scholarships that aren't the Hamilton/Butler? Is the rest need based? Are other merit scholarships possible?

Put me out of my misery. I know 2.5 months isn't a long wait with my numbers, but I have 4 t14 apps still pending and I am not feeling too optimistic about any of them.Keilz wrote:last year first waitlists came Friday of the first week of February.

I was going to mail the tax returns in. I'll probably just fill the form out electronically, and then print and sign and scan if I need to. I haven't looked over the form too much, just saw that it was very long...anrf1225 wrote:It's definitely a weird format. What are you gonna do, hand write it and then scan and email? I know its a type-in-able form pdf but the formatting is so weird nothing will fit in the lines typed.AFtoLawschool wrote:Is it just me or is the Columbia Financial Aid application a little ridiculous? I feel like they want the exact same information in three different formats. It's a lot of paperwork!

That's weird. I was in a wave the week after you and I got mine last week. Since we're in the same location I don't think that's the issue...might be worth an email if you don't receive it in the next couple days.airwrecka wrote:At what point should I contact admissions if I haven't received my acceptance letter/packet yet? I was admitted in the first wave, so I think it was two weeks ago now...
