It's been asked (by me actually!) probably about in December or so. I'm still struggling with it a lot, and I'm not sure yet. I think it depends on your other options mainly.

Struggling with this too. Ultimately I think I'll be looking @ $150k in debt because I don't expect much aid. And I'm trying to find out in what way that would be okay instead of going to a school w/ $$$ with good employment #s as well.

Went UR2 today, previous UR1 was 1/27 I think. I have not interviewed and submitted back in January. Am I done for? GPA and LSAT at medians.

That is 30k/year right? I think I'm willing to take around 180k maximum in loans. This depends on how generous my Northwestern offer is though.

I changed from 2/12 to 3/9. No interview invite. 50>LSAT>75. International GPA (Superior), which does not count for anything.
Bracing for ding-dong, tomorrow or next week.

Sigh. Guess I don't need to book tickets to go visit. Thought I had some chance being at both medians. Chances of getting into a T6 are fast disappearing for me. T-T

You think so? I was reading it as $30,000 total for three years, but I hope you're right! Also, that would make more sense for the 25th percentile amount being $10,000: $10,000/yr instead of an awkward $3,333/yr. In any case, $180,000 is about sticker (for tuition), and that's what I'm debating, too, in preparation for the worst-case scenario in which I receive zero aid. The anxiety is real, man.
I checked this when it was first mentioned, and pretty sure it is per year. And in terms of my personal calculus....not sure, to be honest. Would love to go to Chicago but not 100% convinced they have better outcomes for my goals than a T10 which would be essentially debt free. Think I will probably end up discussing it in depth with the schools to be honest.

I think interviews are necessary for admissions, but idk if the invite can come after UR2 or not. My invite came at the same time.

Interview earlier this week (accompanied by date change - either UR3 or UR4).

Date change again yesterday to 3/9. Should I be expecting decision soon?
