Did they give you any details about them, etc.?zeglo wrote:They do. I emailed them. They haven't announced yet.Nickel94 wrote:I believe I have seen on here in the past that they do not. So... has NYU been doing waves like every Tuesday? I remembered someone saying something about Tuesdays, then was like, "I wonder if that's true based on LSN" so I looked and, minus the 3rd and the 27th, there have been acceptances on Tuesdays for the past month or so at least...

My status checker says "decision letter sent" but I haven't heard anything. Should I wait or call the office or what?

Try logging into the admitted students website. On the site it'll tell you what your password is (Birthday I think) and your username whatever username your status checker was.LawTweet wrote:My status checker says "decision letter sent" but I haven't heard anything. Try logging into the admitted students website (it can take a little bit to get access). They'll also call you at some point. I wouldn't call them yet.LawTweet wrote:My status checker says "decision letter sent" but I haven't heard anything. Should I wait or call the office or what?

Wait what data are you guys trying to reconcile?hellohalo wrote:But in the same tweet: but repeat test-takers ever so slightly down from 2015.AJordan wrote:Lots of retakes would explain it.LenaFarrer wrote:Just saw the spivey tw saying that the Dec test takers were up 9.7%. Dec takers only make up part of the applicant pool. So Dec takers can be up and total # of applicants can be down. Also a smaller proportion of Dec takers may have chosen to apply this year.

Did anyone receive instructions from NYU to fill out the financial aid form? They said they'd send them to admits starting in early January, but I haven't seen anything yet.

Sounds like a wave coming. If I'm not DLS by noon, I'll consider myself a WL/ding and will lose all hope of RTKLawTweet wrote:My status checker says "decision letter sent" but I haven't heard anything. Should I wait or call the office or what?

I believe everyone has gone DLS at the same time in the past waves, no? If not...I will have hope for a few more hours, too. I just assumed that if I wasn't DLS when the other person was, I was not involved in this wave.jonofalltrades wrote:Sounds like a wave coming. That person on LSN has 1/17 as a decision date but kept it as pending lol, wonder if that's an acceptance?
