Would love an answer to this from someone familiar with previous cycles. I would think that after the deposit deadline they'll see how much of their class is still empty and make offers at that time.trynalaw123 wrote:So for those of us still waiting, do we think there's a chance there may still be acceptances? Or are our chances of even a WL slowly diminishing with every passing person who receives one

According to Dean Deal on Monday they were still playing catchup, so it didn't sound like they were completely done with acceptances. But that's just a not-very-educated guess.trynalaw123 wrote:So for those of us still waiting, do we think there's a chance there may still be acceptances? holy crap wheresthethesis, the YP for your cycle is ridiculous. AA, 171 LSAT, 3.98 GPA, and the only outright admission is Harvard? So sad.

Still, though, that waitlist action is insane.
YHS don't really YP, cuz, you know, YHS.

I don't want to directly post his profile, but you can see it in the Stanford applicants page. He was recently wait listed. He didn't apply significantly late (early December), but he was wait listed by NYU and many others. And it is strange because I've gotten into those with lower numbers. So YP is what makes sense to me (minus the T3).

SC went blank, so I assume that means it's getting ready to change to DLS.
Edit: Oh actually, it says DLS at the top.

Same! Just called and in a surprising turn of events it's a waitlist and not a rejectionTr3 wrote:SC went blank, so I assume that means it's getting ready to change to DLS.

I sent out all my apps around early December, save for Yale, which went out late December.Oskosh wrote:I don't want to directly post his profile, but you can see it in the Stanford applicants page. PM if you do want more insight on my cycle, but I got waitlisted so far at 7 schools, and held at Columbia.
Yale's the only school I'm still waiting to hear back from, and I've got no delusions about what that will end up being.
Also, sorry/congrats on all the recent waitlists. The waitlist page could use more people

DLS sometime this evening. Was set on HLS regardless, but something about DLS on Friday night is particularly cruel.

Congrats atmosphere!
Ready for SLS to quit playing games with my heart and either make some acceptance calls today (a girl can dream) or put those of us remaining out of our misery. Can we get a count for those still in the final week stretch leading up to the deposit deadline?

Called and told it was a rejection. First rejection and last decision of the cycle.
Good luck to the rest of you still waiting!
