Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
I'm tempted to write BC asking that since I've received an invitation for an event on April 2nd, this means they'll render a decision on my application in the next week or so, as it's hardly in anyone's interest to make plans to attend an event at a school they've been rejected from.

My application went complete and the. I noticed new information in the fee section saying first round and second round deposits. Both were for $0.00
Does this mean I got accepted? I also received the symposium email shortly after the status ticker update.

I'm sure someone in their admissions office is reading this thread and getting a great laugh out of our paranoia.

Let's just put it this way: Cornell moved faster for me than BC, and I didn't even think I'd get in. What's taking them so long?!

Given the speed at which the Admissions Office operates, I'm almost positive they do read this thread.nba101790 wrote:(Hopefully BC Admissions doesn't take the time to read this thread).drive4showLSAT4dough wrote:1+ Hey BC how about less emails and more decisions you big idiots.biznardos wrote:+1boblawlob wrote:I also got the email. What does it all mean!?
The deposits of 0.00 that everyone else had have also disappeared for me. I'm UR since 2/20 FWIW.

Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
Just for reference. I'm not sure if this differs for everyone but my checker just said decision rendered before I was accepted via email. I looked at the mailings and they are just password and complete dates. As for the deposit thing, That box is blank for me. I'm not sure if this helps at all since there is probably variation in how this works.vayze wrote:My application went complete and the. Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
Effectively the same (I think 164 is the median, yes? If not, I'm close to both medians), with the same changes on the status checker. Still complete as of 1/24. No idea what's going on, but taking past April 1 just borders on insulting.butyourhonor wrote:Yup. My LSAT is at their median and my GPA is a little above. Anyone else? But really, why invited us to the symposium if we're not in, right? Complete 2/11.

Re: BC 2012-2013 Applicants
Well I think that helps everyone clear things up: the amounts and mailings mean nothing. Eventually your status will read, "Your application is being reviewed"butyourhonor wrote:Actually, mine just says "Your application is complete."Are you, in review?
