Still at my first complete date of 2/1. Is it normal to have no movement for this long?

I'm still first complete 2/7. Who knows, they just sent out a big batch of decisions, so maybe we'll be in the next group to be looked at.ashleyre wrote:Still at my first complete date of 2/1. Is it normal to have no movement for this long?

Jumping in with a personal anecdote: I was complete November 16 ('09) and had no decision as of this time, last year. I had reached out to Dean Brown a couple of times and he was very receptive and very honest. For those of you who are in a similar boat - complete before December 1st of last year, still no word - I might suggest a BRIEF email to Dean B, asking if there's anything you can do to reinforce how much you want to come to Fordham/convince the Admissions Committee that you'd be a great fit for the class of 2014/2015.
I know Fordham's process can seem long and frustrating, but I promise you: they really ARE taking their time putting together great groups of people, great CLASSES.
The Evening Division this year is an incredible group of people - I will miss it (and many of them!) so much next year, when we all go our separate ways - and I know that it is the result of the time and effort the A.C. put in, creating the Class-As-A-Whole.
Best of luck to all of you - this is the HOME STRETCH!

I guess I'll see you there, because short of an acceptance off a WL, this is where I'm going as well.

i went to the first one. it was fun. very strange to be back in a school environment (i finished college in 2006) and walking through the halls during breaks between classes. felt like high school, in a good/fun way.stringer - are you going to ASD or did you go to the last one?
i lived in boston for a few years when i was younger. my friend just graduated from BU and liked it. good luck.I'm daytime as well and I was WL at BU/BC. I love Boston.
