Plus, pretty much only people who lived in NYC would have heard today. Do we have a lot of people on TLS right now who live and NYC and have had the opportunity to check their mail today?lastsamurai wrote:Yeah it could definitely be real especially since it seems a lot of people who regularly would be reporting an early acceptance have been pulled for an interview.
We should give it until after the work day before we call troll (also, I am an optimistic person who refuses to accept that this might be a troll until there is absolutely no choice).

LOL at CLS delivering through the most incompetent of US mail carriers. So many packages have been lost with USPS.
CLS can afford Fedex....

Exactly-that, along with the specificity of details about the CLS envelope, makes me certain that jojo is no troll.lastsamurai wrote:Jojo's lsn is also pretty extensive in terms of applications and updates going back 3 weeks

Standard USPS.jojobean7 wrote:Came by standard USPS. It's a folder with a few thin pamphlets, so not a particularly large package. Going to try to get some work done now, so I'll check in later. Good luck everyone!

Okay, this might be silly but the USPS website is confusing me: would "standard USPS," as jojo says, mean Priority Mail or First Class? I don't understand this thing called "mail."lawschool22 wrote:If it's USPS priority mail, it's two days:t-14orbust wrote:too longandapieceoftoast wrote:How long will it take to get a letter from NY to DC?

Use zip 10025.
But it may just be first class. Depends on the weight as to what's most cost effective.

wait. what is up with Alaska getting everything before the west coast and before Hawaii? I would have thought it was because everything was put on a plane, but it's before Hawaii still.lawschool22 wrote:Oh I missed the UPS part.wtrc wrote:In case you want to know, if it's standard UPS, here's where you can see how long it takes.

and why does it take MS an extra day? And mail can get to Stehekin, Washington, where there are no connecting roads and they didn't get phone service until 2007, faster than it can get to Medford, Oregon, an area with over 200,000 people?
not procrastinating I swear

Not priority - you pay more for that. I think First Class would be what they would have used.waferthinmint wrote:Okay, this might be silly but the USPS website is confusing me: would "standard USPS," as jojo says, mean Priority Mail or First Class?
