Congrats to everyone who is in
So exciting!
Were any of you interviewed after Thanksgiving? I was interviewed last week, just wondering whether this is bad news for me or irrelevant.

Re: Harvard 2012 applicants (class of 2015)
Just a quick question:
In the complete email I received back on 11/10 it says: "It normally takes about two months from the date of submission to the committee for a decision to be made and notification sent."
Does this mean by about 2 months from the date I submitted that I'll either receive a JR1 or JR2, hold, or reject?
Have people in the past not heard anything for more than 2 or 3 months?

Ok, full stats:
Submitted: 10/23
Complete: 11/10
KB1 email: 11/21
KB1 call: 11/23
KB2: 12/5
LSAT: 174
GPA: 3.8
Non-URM
Undergrad: Ivy
Several years of work experience relevant to the area of law I want to practice, but nothing outrageously spectacular.
Congrats to all who've been admitted / invited to interview today! I will have some delicious tequila in all your honor tonight!
[edit: realized I mixed up my complete date with another school.]

I think that message means 2 months from the date you go under review (i.e. not when your app is submitted to H, but when your app is given to the committee after you're complete).Sh@keNb@ke wrote:Just a quick question:

Sea, mind sharing what kind of softs/work experience you have? I'm just kinda curious as to how much weight is being put on work experience. So far it seems like a lot based on acceptances with at or around your/my numbers.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
