The questions are all very much based on your application except for the why law or why Harvard questions.
+1 its almost a bribe. And even if it isnt it is still trying way to HARD. Would look pathetic in my opnion

Just an FYI - at the end of my interview they said it would be a few weeks until a decision. I interviewed 1/23, so I would be very surprised to see a wave sooner than Valentine's Day.

I mean just because it could take a few weeks until YOU get a decision doesn't mean it won't be less than a few weeks for people who had interviewed earlier than you.Smc1994 wrote:Let's not do this to ourselves. I meant the syntactical deconstruction, not holding out hope.Anon.y.mousse. wrote:I mean just because it could take a few weeks until YOU get a decision doesn't mean it won't be less than a few weeks for people who had interviewed earlier than you.Smc1994 wrote:Let's not do this to ourselves. In hindsight, should have quoted only the part predicting a wave post 2/14. I agree, syntactical deconstruction is not yet appropriate.Smc1994 wrote:I meant the syntactical deconstruction, not holding out hope.Anon.y.mousse. wrote:I mean just because it could take a few weeks until YOU get a decision doesn't mean it won't be less than a few weeks for people who had interviewed earlier than you.Smc1994 wrote:Let's not do this to ourselves. So, ignoring the sassiness that was that successive string of posts, if we look at how waves have come historically, then a few weeks post-interview would coincide with a late February wave. Since this year everything looks to have been shifted back some and there was only one 2-day wave in February, I'd say it's a pretty well-reasoned assumption on my part. (where is a *hairtoss* emoji when you need it)

Did you have a JS1, or just denied before interview? Sorry to hear that. When did you apply? And when did they email you? Harvard was always a super reach so I'm expecting a ding. This wait has been killing and I just need to know already.Mr_Chukes wrote:Ding city, they did it very politely though.jjcorvino wrote:+1, I am not mentally ready for that sort of disappointment yet.20171lhopeful wrote:Mr_Chukes wrote:No Harvard for me. Re: Harvard Law c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I replied back in November. I only applied because they reached out to me with a fee waiver and then had BLSA email me as well. I even talked to a BLSA member on the phone. They emailed me right now and said to check my update on the status checker. When I clicked it, there was a letter.20171lhopeful wrote:Sorry to hear that. When did you apply?
