Just saw on Spivey's twitter a couple days ago: "Based on the data we are seeing, decisions this cycle are a bit slower than normal. Which means many more admits to come!"

Made me feel better about not having heard anything yet, and I think overall it's good news!

Good call. There were a larger number of December test takers this year, so that would also delay decisions.

Just thinking out loud here. According to LSN, last year's waves were on 1/12 and 1/19 (both Tuesdays). First wave this year was 1/10 (also a Tuesday). Might be another wave coming 1/17?

Of course this is just my looking for some kind of pattern and reading into coincidences...*heart palpitations*

(NYU is a huge reach for me numerically, but I submitted 12/17, UR1 or 2 I forget 12/23)

(That being said, MyLSN also put my Cornell chances at 60%, and I got rejected there lol. And it also put my chances at Penn at 17%, Berkeley at 31%, and Michigan at 40%, and I've been accepted to all 3, so I'm starting to question MyLSN's value for my cycle)

Yeah, just about the same here. I applied 9/16, and a splitter. Congrats on Berkeley! I had heard they were GPA sticklers and didn't apply.

Yeah, just about the same here. I applied 9/16, and a splitter. Congrats on Berkeley! I had heard they were GPA sticklers and didn't apply.

Thank you!! I heard the same thing and was shocked by the acceptance. I've been working in (and plan to continue working in) a field that they are strong in, so I think that might have helped. But who knows! This whole process still makes very little sense to me.
