New theory (for me, anyway): the rest of the ED II people go UCR2 today, with decisions coming out late next week.

Da fuq!!!! I went UR2 today. Is it too late to send in a why penn since I am ED? Not that I feel it will really add anything substantial to my app but this forum keeps prescribing why x for every school.

To that guy that submitted 1/7 as RD and is already complete. I submitted mine 1/8 and it is still being received and processed...

Is ED the way to go for penn? It seems like that is what everyone is doing on this thread.

Save it for the WL if you end up there. ED is a pretty convincing "Why Penn."

If you know it's your first choice even without any scholarship money, sure, go ahead. I'm not ED though and plenty of others aren't.

The application for ED2 had to be complete by yesterday. Assuming this means the ED agreement had to be sent in to complete your application, I think it's too late to switch.
