I know it's been said before, but I just want to reiterate that from a missed-call perspective, living in Boston is ROUGH right now, and I definitely cannot be expected to work after the minor heart attack of a voicemail...from my doctor. Oy.

How long do JS1 waves last? I guess today's wave is over?

No idea, but I want to make unfounded speculations about our chances of acceptance based on who we interviewed with and whether we sent them a thank you note.
But for real, didn't get the classic JS1. I memorized her LinkedIn profile for nothing.

JS1 waves seem to be one single round of emails. Your chances of acceptance don't change based on who you interview with (at least they stress on their website it is completely randomized). As for thank you notes, I don't think it can hurt but who knows if it helps.

Ahem, not to become the new laughing stock of TLS and/or out myself as a luddite incapable of internet stalking, but I can't find the email address for my interviewer. Do folks think sending a thank you to the general admissions email addressed to my interviewer is sufficient?

I think its been discussed before that sending it to the general email and addressing your interviewer is fine. Don't expect a response however.

JS1 this morning!
I'm terribly nervous, but we'll see how this goes.
Applied a few days after the December score release, and went complete about a week later.
Does anyone know if there is a TLS thread (or any other resource) where someone has collected interview experiences or shared questions or anything like that, or does one just have to go searching through the HLS applicant threads?
Congrats to all the others who got their JS1's today!

This thread is a good resource if you use the search function. And congrats!

Thank you!! Not looking for a response, just wanted to confirm that that isn't weird.

I had my JS1 this week. I didn't catch my interviewer's name and the Harvard site doesn't have pictures of the staff. So I'll just send an edible arrangement to all the staff. I tried stalking on LinkedIn but some have no pictures :/
The questions are all very much based on your application except for the why law or why Harvard questions.
