Dinged. Just got it.
Was accepted or waitlisted to every school I applied to besides the one I wanted to get in. Sad Face. Well, at least I have a great scholarship somewhere else. Good luck everyone!

Ditto to the ding! It actually offered a sense of relief because I'm in a similar situation (scholarship offer to a still amazing school that is WAY better for my future career choice).. Now I don't to make a decisionHyper-Chicken wrote:Dinged. Just got it.

Does the ding go to your email? Or is it just on their portal?Cardinal143 wrote:Ditto to the ding! dinged. Good luck to everyone! Didn't get an email until about 2-3 hours after I'd already seen it online, I checked DLDS on a whim.

Jesus.
I feel empty inside.
At this point, I just consider the situation comical. I can't even be upset anymore.

Considering that NW is an elite, expensive private school that charges a small fortune
for a legal education, they should be ashamed of themselves for dragging out and botching the admissions process. What a turnoff. Besides, the weather there stinks.

Thank you so much for sharing!!! This sounds super strange to me tho... Do you mean that you had to finish the written responses during a given time period like the video questions? How long did it take you to finish it?boomboompap wrote:Alright, so for those on Hold wondering about the "hold essays", I did the video interview using the Kira link that had been emailed to us and the essays were indeed in the same portal. You'll see them after you begin the interview. In my case there were two essay questions requiring written responses and two regular video questions that you can record responses to.
Good luck fam!

Yeah, after two video questions there were two essay questions. I think the time for each was 5 or 10 minutes- definitely sufficient to answer the questions. I found the essay questions to be easily answerable, so I was relieved.launu wrote:Thank you so much for sharing!!! This sounds super strange to me tho...
