I think you are overthinking this. Just tell them what you like. Hobbies, interests, do you like to travel or brew beer? Maybe you are a bourbon enthusiast or an avid hacky sacker?

I can't remember what I put in mine...

Yeah, I just listed a bunch of things (maybe 6 or 7?) as a pretty informal sort of thing.

I hardly wrote anything..just listed a handful of things that I did when I had time for activities (years ago- before school, work, and motherhood took over my life lol) and briefly reiterated the reasons for me participating in zero activities now.
