My application is "on hold", which is apparently what happens before the summer waitlist. I'm calling it the pre-waitlist and come on, it's kind of funny.

Just read the optional questions for those of us who are held. Did they choose these questions to make us want to withdraw? I feel like I'm in the law school admissions "Hunger Games"...

I got lucky in a sense - two of the questions relate (somewhat) to my work experience so I should have enough to talk about without sounding like a tool and hopefully fill the hole I left in my app.
That's great.

Can those of you sharing those "Hold" questions elaborate? You were just in the last couple days held, you found out via email (or login to portal?), and those questions were provided as part of your held notice??

And for what it's worth, I was notified around ~Dec 20 from ED, held, and haven't heard a word since...status says "decision letter avail within 24 hours" but last update was Dec 19 and that refers to ED. Not a peep since. Can anyone relate?

A few of us here are in the same boat as you. Held from ED, no option to write the essays mentioned above (which I guess makes sense, we chose ED and interviewed), and status has not changed since the December 20 decision.

For those admitted, did you have a date change after your initial complete date change??

According to last year's forum, no decisions were received around this time, and decisions started rolling out next Wednesday around the 19th. :o :o
