I believe it's 1400-1600 that go into faculty review, or at least that's what Dean Tom said in his TLS interview. Not sure when this interview took place though and if the recent drop in applicants has changed anything.

I'm JK, someone sent me a PM calling me that over a minor disagreement that took place over the weekend that I can't even remember what it was about and I think it's pretty funny.
