Can everyone getting a KB1 list WHEN they applied/went UR, and, if they can, their stats/URM-status?

So now that there are interviews throughout this week, this question has to be modified further: if there are KB2s on Monday, would history suggest that this week's KB1s (i.e., those who have their interview this week) would be included on that KB2 batch?
