Just received my "received email" says I should received status checker info within 3-4 weeks. Guess that's just one more status checker I won't be frantically checking every 10 minutes.

Just checking, did any November completion date people get into ASW yet?

I'm 11/11 and I'm guessing it's too early to start obsessively checking. Right? Right?!

On an semi-relevant note, I'm not sure what to claim as my "completion" date. I would figure it would be a couple days after my "initial app received" email on the 12th, but of course since I didn't get the e-mail until today, for all I know I'm complete as of 12/9. I have a hard time believing this only because someone I just talked to from my school got their status checker a few days ago (wth Mich?), and applied after me.

Good question. I just went with whatever day they emailed me. IIRC, that was the same day (give or take max 2 days) that I went complete.

My status checker updated to Complete! Must have changed at midnight. I don't have the checker email yet, but I was given an ID last year.

Is anyone else's complete date updating literally every single day, save for Sunday? Complete since 11/9 and have had countless status updates (actually, 30 minus four Sundays and a business day every now and again).

The date updates each day the office is open.

No one should worry until they start rejecting people in bunches. It's still early considering probably more a large percentage of applicants just took the LSAT.

Just a little concerned since I submitted so long ago and have been complete for over a month. Wrote a Why Mich, too.

GPA may be holding you up a little, but it's better to have a high LSAT later in the cycle. Just a guess, nothing to back it up, but I suspect high GPA people submit early. Splitters usually have to wait, and most are admitted late. Your number are good, you should be fine.

ETA: Just be ready for the long haul.

Well then you are good? They have been slow with everyone I think. I just upgraded to complete after 1 month. Still no checker email yet, just happen to have an ID/account from last year.

It's worth noting that this cycle has already turned out differently from last year's. Three applicants who went complete on 11/24 have already received admission, whereas none from that date or later were admitted until January last cycle.

Nevertheless, there is indeed nothing to worry about yet. I think LSN ought to be a better guide for when you should expect to hear back. http://michigan.lawschoolnumbers.com/ap ... order=desc. As you can see, many October applicants have already been accepted, but others with very competitive numbers have yet to hear back. There are some sure admits on there who haven't been accepted yet. Don't freak out yet.
