I FINALLY went to "File Complete" today!!!!! I have a 3.4 and a 172- should I prepare myself for bad news? I submitted in mid-November and I am concerned about going complete so late. Penn is my first choice but I didn't apply ED because $$$ is a real concern. I wrote 3 optional essays, 2 of which I am sure are solid one that may just be neutral. I also have a grad degree and tried to emphasize how that made Penn's interdisciplinary focus interesting to me. Did anyone else apply RD with similar numbers? Am I doomed going complete this late?

I just went complete today too. I wouldn't worry.

IDK about Penn specifically, but with other schools it usually means that your file was pulled out for review again or sent on to another round. It's pretty normal to go through several rounds of review. Good luck!

I wouldn't stress out over status dates. Often, they don't mean anything that we can perceive.

ok thats what i figured, but i just wasn't expecting any movement from Penn on my app until January...so it was a bit shocking.
