Crap. Decision letter sent before I could finish writing up my LOCI. There was a call to my house this morning, but nobody picked up. I'm sure if I got in I'd be sent an email.

Haha! That's what I'm looking up right now. I don't think it was them: 510-201-5540. Google searched it and websites say its from Oakland soo... no go.
