Thanks! I wanted one of MVP, so I can really relax now.

By video, are you referring to the 1-minute flash video in the ASW website?

No, sorry - I forgot how difficult it is to get to.

1. Click the 'mail and money' link below the flash video.
2. Click 'Admissions Communications.'
3. Click the word 'flash drive,' under the 'Mailings' heading.

I believe it is 13 minutes long. I'm guessing it will come on the flash drive they send, but why wait? :D

So the last updated day changing on the online status checker must not mean anything because it changed to today, November 24th. And I'm pretty sure their not in the office on Thanksgiving reviewing my application.

You never know - someone could have spent an hour or two this morning working from home. This is presumably a busy time of year for them.

The fact that it updates for everyone, or almost everyone, most days sugggests to me that they don't need to look at your file for your date to change - perhaps the date just changes when they access the system.

So, guys... I just watched the video, and I think I am in love. My parents both went to Penn State, and I always kind of wanted that college town atmosphere that they got in State College. They always said the other really great college town was Ann Arbor, and the video definitely corroborates that. I always felt like I missed out on it, since I go to ASU... a huge commuter campus in a very urban area. If it weren't for the bitterly cold winters, I would be sold for sure. The campus is so incredibly beautiful!!!
I wonder if a West Coast girl like me can survive there... I hope so, because UMich just sounds so great right now.

Has anyone who took the October 2011 LSAT gotten in yet while applying RD?

I sent in most things earlier, but the LSAT was my last submission. I'm wondering if that is my real "sent" date.

As far as I've seen, everyone who's gotten in so far submitted before mid-October.

I took the October test and started submitting the day of the score release. No offer yet from anywhere, let alone UMich.

Well, I just sent an email withdrawing my application. Michigan is great, but I was never going to go there anyway, and I think I was headed for a waitlist.

Best of luck to you all!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
