Mine changed to "Decision reached; notification pending" today. Any idea what it means?

It means you're going to find out whether or not you got in very soon. Because they already know.

Thanks for the reply:)
I know I am very impatient...but I do not like the wait even though I am not very optimistic about getting into W&L.
For those of you decision mailed, how long did it take from "notification pending" to "Decision mailed'?

It seems as though we comprise the sub-par number batch...could it be the dreaded reject batch?

(subtext: if I am overly negative, I can pretend like I'm not let down by a bad decision).

I'm thinking the same thing. Not to be overly negative, but WL at best?

True, may as well keep it positive! Is W&L your #1 school?

Can I say how much I love your avatar? I took that LSAT and absolutely detested that game! GL on your letter!
Thanks. I am not too sure about an acceptance. It is probably a WL. I am curious why there are so many decisions on here for 2/15, but not 2/12. Good luck everyone!

Well, if I get in, it will certainly be a strong contender (though not absolute).

I went decision reached on 2/12 too. Does W&L necessarily send out decisions in batches? Oh, and if you don't mind, can other 2/12 people PM me their numbers? My mail is going to the West Coast so it might take another couple days, and I am impatient.

I'm going! Are you planning to room with another prospective student? I haven't decided. I mean, it seems like a good way to meet people, but then I'd have to share a room with a stranger.

I'm not sure yet - I have to work out my schedule around things and consider other schools' dates as well. Not to mention figuring out how to get to a place that somehow has less access to mass travel than where I currently am...

They offer a ride from the roanoke airport if you need one.

Does anyone know how open W&L is to scholarship negotiations? Just out of curiousity.
