Anyone IR 2/19? GPA at median, LSAT above 75%.

This guy. Mentioned it a little earlier (on this page). Same/similar situation. I am ever so slightly below their median GPA (3.5X).

Me three. Close to 75% LSAT, close to 75% GPA.

doesn't that mean your LSAT is below median? since USC's median and 75% lsat = 167?

Or possibly I'm over/at 75% and just don't want to be too specific.

What a day. I also got a parking ticket and got in a fight with my mom.

Do you definitely want to go there? Given your other acceptances?

If you were holding out for a Rothman, I'd say at this point that's probably out.

USC had pulled to the front lately, yes, given UCLA's refusal to give me any money. I didn't think I would get the Rothman, but I sent in the essay so they'd see I was interested and maybe buff up my finaid offer. This is the last thing I expected.

JUST GOT ACCEPTED..and completely shocked by the decision, 3.35 163..

Any ideas as to why I would get in??? I sent it as a hail mary toss and got extremely lucky..

Well that really blows then. I really want to be in LA as well. I'm sure you'll be the first they pull off the wait-list, in any case. A good LOCI would probably demonstrate that you were interested even without the Rothman. Good luck!

No I'm not.. I have a unique resume (law firm, legislative internship, founded my own LLC) and a good (IMO) PS about how being adopted has shaped me as a person but I still never expected to get in... I'm still in shock about it to be honest

I don't think being waitlisted at SC is as bad as getting wled at some other schools, from what I've read. Good luck I'd be happy to at least get a WL but I haven't even been glanced at yet

I went complete in 01/21. Really nervous about my prospects, but seeing you get an acceptance has boosted my morale a bit.
