It's not a great sign, but not awful. You'll probably get the email within the next week or two, if you do.

there are several who didn't...mine was 15 days after the complete email. there are some who waited even longer.

I think that he meant "in" as in "application submitted," not as in "admitted." It seems like an eternity since I submitted mine, although it was exactly a month before I received my JR2.

Definite Flame, general trend at Harvard is to wait to accept URMs with non dual ~median numbers until later in the cycle.. much stronger URMs who applied early have yet to hear back

Oh and Good Luck GeePee! Nice to know you got ur apps in.. lets make it 3/3 for the TTC.

Complete email came in yesterday - 11/24. I am an absolute long shot... but you never know (big-time non-trad with excellent softs, ah-mazing LORs).

It took me over a month from going complete until I got a JR1. I really don't think there is a true pattern (esp for URMs). Hang in there.

Just got my JR1 e-mail! Very exciting. Application went under review only 2 days ago (no complete e-mail yet). Damn they move fast.

I submitted the application in the beginning of November, but my 2nd LOR wasn't in until almost 2 weeks later.

Well I didn't really mean to mislead anyone... I was posting mostly out of excitement. Trust me, the numbers make you no less neurotic when it comes to admissions. Neurosis is not rational, after all.

Haha i was just doing it for fun... couldn't resist.

Non dual ~median is referring to some URMs with like 169, 3.8. They have a very good shot at getting in, but usually don't get JR2s so early in the cycle.
