Did any other admitted students get an email about applying for financial aid yesterday? /do you think it was sent to everyone or just people not getting merit scholarships...

I didn't, but I was only admitted on Monday.

Wow thanks for pointing that out. It's quite a hassle to check the spreadsheets often and I assume someone who gets a Hamilton would want to let us all know!

I got that email too. Really hoping it isn't for people not getting merit... Not sure I could justify Columbia at sticker

Over/under is a sports betting term for points scored. You put a number out there, and the people bet on whether there will be more or less (over/under) than the number listed.

By congratulations, he's saying how many acceptances do you think there are gonna be?


I'd put my over/under at 2 honestly haha. Columbia has been slow and I haven't heard a damn thing

It would be very hard to say no to Columbia now, but maybe for Yale? How about you (and everyone else) - are you set on Columbia?
