My status just updated to 12/1! Anybody else? My complete dates are 11/16, 11/22, 12/01. submitted around 11/13. Should I expect a decision soon with 3 complete?

You just got my hopes up so much haha. 11/16 and now still at 11/22. That was disappointing.

My dates are now 11/01->11/16 (interview request)->11/23 (day after interview) -> 11/30 -> 12/1

So many complete dates. And 2 in a row? Not sure how to interpret it. Maybe yesterday they made the decision then today they dropped it in the mail?

I don't remember all my complete dates, but I recently had an interview and had complete dates on 11/30 and 12/1. I'm not reading a whole lot into the status dates thing. It might actually mean something at GULC, but it's not productive for me to be obsessing about what every update means. There are plenty of other things to obsess about

Aren't you a URM with a high-160's lsat/decent GPA? I don't think you are getting rejected, especially this early.

Mine referenced my PS (I talked about a balanced course of study and related to Curriculum B). He agreed with me that it would be a good fit.

eh, mexican urm, 167/3.4. those numbers got my EA app at UT held, and i think a non-urm with the same numbers would've been dinged for sure, so i can tell it's helping somewhat. but it seems like across the board my status checkers are getting a lot less attention that others with higher numbers.

i guess they might be keeping my app on the backburner to see if they can fit my #'s in with their admits though. hopefully that's the case.

Just got another complete today 12/01....turned in 11/04, interview email 11/16, actual interview 11/23, Complete 11/29, 11/30, 12/01
So confused with all these complete dates, no email, no mail, nothing

Still at 11/22 here. Honestly at this point I feel like I've already burnt myself out checking application status checkers and whatnot. I might just try to download that LSAT status checker thing and leave it over the next few weeks. I've kind of gotten tired of wasting an hour a day going in between TLS, email and status checkers lol.


I know I say this and within two hours I'll be checking again -_-. Really gonna try not to though. Oh, had 11/10 Submission, 11/11 Status checker receipt, I think an 11/16 update, potentially 11/21 (gonna have to check my posts) and now I'm at 11/22.

I am no expert on URM matters, but I would imagine that Mexican applicants are less-"under represented" at UT than at many other schools which are located outside of the border states. So you can't necessarily use this as an indicator of the rest of your cycle. This aside, I would advise you anyway to not get worked up over one decision. There's a long road ahead still... stay positive (these last two sentences are my inner self-talk. can you tell?)

I think that's what hyakku is talking about. Or you could just take a zen-like attitude and wait til you hear from the school. The status checkers are nice and all but if you need to know anything, the school will get in touch with you. I definitely will still use the status checkers though, personally

Lmao don't worry, none of us can even front; we all put it like we're gonna get into our Zen mode but within an hour the itch grows into an insatiable compulsion to status check.

I was accepted without an interview
